Yes, we are usually in another location every day. Fortunately, with today's technology, we can be reached during most working hours by text or phone call. We are a custom shop, so this is how we work. We provide custom services, which by nature can be costly compared to a manufacturer producing thousands of components at once - so we don't maintain the typical office staff and sales force. Typically, when you speak to someone, it is probably the person who would be producing your project.

Yes, zoom, Face Time or just a phone call works. Although, often it is best to start by filling out our Request form, so we can be better prepared to answer your questions when we connect.

We stand by our work. However, many of our projects are created usin parts, used and new and from all places imaged.
In most cases there is no way to determine where a problem is coming from, thus, there is an element of risk our customers must accept - with that said, we will do what we can to solve problems as they occur.
